   Grind uncooked oatmeal in blender.

   Mix oatmeal with cayenne pepper and chili powder in a shallow bowl.

   Roll chicken in oatmeal mixture and lay on a foil-lined baking dish.

   Brush with egg white on face up side.

   Bake for about 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.

   Turn over chicken and brush other side with egg white.
