   Preheat a very large non-stick saute pan over medium heat.

   Add chicken chunks, half the garlic, and half the pepper.

   Turn as chicken gets white on the bottom.

   If chicken sticks to the non-stick pan, use a small amount of water to free it.

5. 5

   Add the wine and rest of the garlic and other remaining seasoning.

6. 6

   Cook for two minutes and add mushrooms.

7. 7

   Continue cooking until the biggest chuncks of chicken are cooked throughout.
