1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, reduced sodium and reduced-fat

4 carrots, chopped
1/4 lb cremini mushroom, fresh, sliced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried oregano
