   Preheat oven to 420.

   Place bread on baking sheet.

   Butter bottom, sides and outer edges lightly.

   Spread light layer of cream cheese then top with a light layer of shredded cheese.

   Layer on Pepperonis/salami.

   Top with a little more shredded cheese.

   Let them warm in the preheated oven for 2 min and then broil them for about 4 min.

   Or until golden brown.

   (Optional, top with cold diced tomatoes/feta cheese)
