1 cup Broccoli Florets
1 large Tomato
2 clove Garlic
1 large Onion
2 tsp Cajun Seasoning
2 tbsp Sodium Free Soy-Sauce (braggs)
1 cup Water
1/2 packages Firm Tofu
1/2 cup Salsa

Reduce heat and cook, stirring often cook for about 3 min then add broccoli and cook for an additional 2 min or until zucchini is tender.
