1 ½ cups cheese
2 zucchini, shredded
5 slices bacon
1 onion, chopped
1 cup flour
½ cup oil
5 eggs
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried basil
salt and pepper

In a Pan Fry bacon and onion until cooked.

In a bowl mix zucchini cheese and all remaining ingredients.

once bacon and onion is cooked, add to mixture in the bowl.

Put mixture into a glass oven tray.

bake at 350 until brown and crispy on the top, and you can poke a fork in the middle and it comes out clean.
