1/2 c. apple sauce
2 1/2 and 1 t. Orange Juice
2/3 c. flour
2 t. soda
1/4 t. salt
1 1/2 t. cinnamon
3/4 t. nutmeg

Combine sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Beat at medium speed. Zucchini, apple sauce, orange juice. Combine flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and nuts. Stir well. Spoon into two greased and floured 9x5x3 pans. bake at 350 for 1 hour.
