Zucchini Bread

   Mix first 7 ingredients together and set aside.

   Sift together remaining ingredients.

   Mix the two mixtures and add one cup chopped nuts.

   Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.

   Divide batter between them and bake at 325u00b0 for about 1 hour.
