1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. flour

1 1/2 c. cheese, grated

Brown and drain. Add 3/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. thyme, and 1/4 tsp. pepper.

In a kettle melt 1/2 c. margarine and add the flour, 1 tsp.

Boil in salt water 2 minutes.
