1/2 medium onion
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
4 to 5 medium zucchini squash, cleaned and sliced crosswise or on bias
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
1 c. water

Heat skillet. Cook pork until well done in 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 teaspoon salt. Add onion and cook until done. Remove meat and onion. Cook squash in same skillet with 1/2 cup water and sugar

until soft (5 to 7 minutes).

Add pork and onion. Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce, cornstarch, 1 teaspoon salt and 1 cup water. Bring to a boil.
