Zombie Fingers (Halloween Cookies)

   Preheat oven to 350u00b0F. With a hand-held mixer, beat together the egg white, almond paste, sugar, flour and baking powder until smooth.

   With damp hands, mold 20 finger shapes and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Press an almond half into one end as a fingernail. Whisk together the egg yolk and cream, brush over the fingers and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
