Zesty Italian Cheeseburgers

   Heat broiler.

   Shape meat into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.

   Heat dressing in large skillet.

   Add peppers; cook and stir 4 to 5 min.

   or until crisp-tender.

   Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.

   Add patties to same skillet; cook on medium heat 5 to 6 min.

   or until done (165F).

   Spread one cut side of each bread slice with butter.

    Place 4 of the bread slices, butter sides down, on baking sheet.

    Top each with hamburger, cheese slice, peppers and remaining bread slices, butter sides up.

    Broil, 4 inches from heat, 1 to 2 min.
