Take all dry spices and mix together in small bowl; then add juice and vinegar

Cut chicken into bite sized pieces.

Place olive oil in large skillet or frying pan place on high heat. As oil thins add chicken. Sear chicken (until oil and moisture is gone).

Reduce heat to med/ med high and pour in spice mixture. Add 1/3 cup water to spice bowl and drizzle over chicken and spices. Stir chicken and spices intermediately until spice sauce is reduced. Remove from heat.

Boil salted water for pasta; cook until desired firmness is reached

Serve chicken on bed of pasta and if you desire your favorite shredded cheese. ( I use fresh shredded Parmesan and Romano)
