In another bowl, beat the peanut butter and confectioners sugar on low speed until well combined.

Pour some of the melted milk chocolate into candy molds or mini muffin tins.

Allow to cool in the refrigerator until the shells are hardened (about 30 minutes).

Remove from the fridge and spoon the peanut butter filling into each cup.

Pour some of the remaining melted milk chocolate over the top to cover the peanut butter.

Gently shake and tap the molds/tins to allow the chocolate to settle.
