4 Tbsp. ketchup
4 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 to 5 drops hot sauce
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs

Saute onion and butter until tender.

In a bowl, add salt, pepper and egg and mix.

Add beef and mix thoroughly.

Add ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce (you may omit the hot sauce), bread crumbs and onion; mix together.

Shape into loaf.

Bake at 350u00b0 for 45 minutes, then broil for 5 minutes.
