Yummy Ranch Potatoes

   Cut potatoes into bite size pieces pieces and put them to boil.

   When they are boiling let them another 10 minutes.

   They should not be boiled completly.

   Meanwhile, cut the onions julienne and cut the bacon in strips.

   Melt the butter in a frying pan and put the onion and bacon.

   Fry them for 10 minutes.

   Add salt, pepper and paprika to taste.

   Add the boiled potatoes and mix them with the onions and bacon.

   Let them fry for another 5 minutes.

    Add parsley to garnish!
