Yummy Mex Skillet Dinner

   In a pot cook the noodles according to package, or you can throw them with the meat and sauce if you'd like.

   In a large skillet, brown meat and onion til done; strain and return to skillet.

   Add broth, chicken broth, taco seasoning and noodles.

   Cook on medium low heat for 10 minutes for flavors to incorporate.

   If sauce seems to thick, add a little more broth or water.

   Season with salt and pepper.

   Serve with a dallop of sour cream.

   *OPTIONS* For a twist, throw in some frozen corn and black beans.
