Yummy crack potatoes

   Cut potatoes into medium chunks and boil until tender about 10 mins

   Let potatoes cool completely (I put mine in the refridgerator)

   Preheat oven to 375F

   Spray baking sheet or pan with nonstick spray

   Line pan with potato chunks

   Drizzle olive oil over potatoes evenly then spray butter (however much you like) on them

7. 7

   Sprinkle with salt paprika roasted garlic and herb seasoning

   Add parmesan cheese on top

   Put in oven and cook for 20 mins

10. 10

    Remove from oven and flip potatoes place back in oven for another 20 mins

11. 11

    Allow to cool a little before serving
