1
Sprinkle some flour on your working table or area.
-
2
This shall prevent the dough from sticking to it while working.
-
3
Lay flat the dough on the surface and knead it with your hands or a rolling pin.
-
4
I like to hand-knead mine.
-
5
Continue kneading.
-
6
I shaped it to a 9in by 6in.
-
7
In a bowl, mix the sugars and the cinnamon.
-
8
Spinkle evenly the dry mixture to the flattened dough until everything is covered but leave one side unsprinkled, about an inch.
-
9
Once done, roll it towards the unsprinkled side.
-
10
Brush the unsprinkled side with water to seal the roll.
-
11
Slice the rolls into parts.
-
12
I did 2 1/2in each.
-
13
Preheat the oven to 350F.
-
14
In a pan, brush some butter and sprinkle some flour.
-
15
Place your rolls in the pan, with the sides facing up.
-
16
Brush again the top of the rolls with some butter.
-
17
Bake for about 30-35mins until it's a little brown.
-
18
While baking the rolls, let's make the glaze.
-
19
Mix the powdered sugar, butter, vanilla extract and milk.
-
20
The consistency should be a little thick but not too much.
-
21
You may opt to use cornstarch to help achieve the consistency.
-
22
Set aside.
-
23
Once the rolls are baked, let it coll for 10mins.
-
24
With a tablespoon, pour the glaze on each rolls.
-
25
Serve and enjoy!
