Yummy Chicken

   Over high heat, melt the butter in a skillet.

   Add the chicken pieces and quickly brown (about 30 seconds per side).

   Transfer to a baking dish.

   Spoon the soup over the chicken.

   Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.

   Remove lid and baste chicken with soup.

   Continue to bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes longer or until the chicken is cooked through.

   * We like to use chicken breasts but this recipe works well with any kind of chicken pieces your family prefers simply adjust the cooking time.

   * Use any type of cream based soup cream of mushroom, celery, chicken, asparagus, broccoli whatever makes your skirt fly up!
