   ["Preheat oven to 350 F.", "In a large bowl mix together cake mix, melted butter, and 1/3 cup evaporated milk.", "Spread half of this into a lightly greased 9x13"" pan. Bake at 350 F for 6 minutes.", "Remove the pan from the oven and sprinkle the chocolate chips and nuts on the partially baked cake. Set aside.", "Put the caramels and the 1/2 cup evaporated milk in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Once melted, drizzle over the cake.", "Crumble and pat the remaining dough mixture on top of the caramel.", "Bake 20 minutes at 350 F. Then remove it from the oven and allow it to cool. Cut when cool.", "Makes 4-5 dozen 1- to 11/2-inch bars."]
