Honey Custard

   Combine eggs, salt and honey.

   Add milk slowly, stirring constantly.

   Add vanilla.

   Pour in custard cups; sprinkle with nutmeg.

   Place cups in pan of hot water and bake in 350u00b0 oven for 30 minutes, or until set.

   (If desired, instead of using custard cups, pour into a large mold and bake as above for 45 minutes.)
