   put half the meatloaf mixture in baking dish, then place the hotdogs onto the mixture and put the remaining mixture over the hotdogs to cover and bake as usual.

   when done baking per your recipe, spread with the mash potatoes on the top and sprinkle with the cheese and bake until the cheese is melted and the potatoes have a golden brown color.
