Yogurt And Coconut Cake

   Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

   Grease a bundt cake mold with margarine, and sprinkle with flour. Set aside.

   In a bowl, add the yogurt, oil, sugar, and eggs, and whisk to a smooth cream.

   Add the grated coconut, and stir again.

   Add the flour and the baking powder simultaneously, and mix well until the dough is homogeneous.

   Place the dough in the mold and bake for about 35 minutes.

   Check for doneness with a toothpick, remove from the oven, and let cool.
