⅓ cup sugar
3 tablespoons buttermilk dry
3/4 cup water
⅓ cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/4 cups margarine

Spread evenly in a 9 inch square pan which has been greased with margarine.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 375F (190C).
