1
OK, so put your chicken pieces in a bowl and dump in the milk and dashes of hot sauce.
-
2
Squish around with your hands.
-
3
In a separate bowl, mix up all of the spices.
-
4
Add about 2 tablespoons of the spices to the chicken.
-
5
Rub them in.
-
6
Put the chicken back in your fridge for awhile (however long youve got, the longer the better).
-
7
After awhile, heat up a heavy pan, or two.
-
8
Preferably with lids.
-
9
Add oil (peanut or some other frying oil).
-
10
Now, get a couple plates or pie pans out.
-
11
Put flour and the remaining seasoning on one and put the beaten egg on the other.
-
12
Dip chicken in flour, then egg, then back in flour to coat.
-
13
Repeat until all the chicken is breaded.
-
14
Put pieces of chicken in frying pan and fry on high heat until a little crispy on both sides.
-
15
Not a really long time.
-
16
It just needs to be nice and crispy.
-
17
Turn the heat down and put a lid on the pan (or a plate or tin foil).
-
18
Cook for an additional 20 minutes (or until done), turning occasionally.
-
19
You can adjust the seasoning to your taste as I dont usually measure.
-
20
Also, you cant really taste the heat of the hot sauce so dont leave it out.
-
21
It just adds that perfect little something to the recipe.
