1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. sage
1/8 tsp. Accent
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Boil until tender, about 30 minutes. Mix together crumbs and milks and add to vegetables that have been sauteed in the oleo.
