Servings: persons

1 c Butter
1 c Sugar
1 c Brown Sugar
1 egg
3/4 c oil
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 c oats
1 c crushed corn flakes
1/2 c shredded coconut
1/2 c chopped pecans
1/2 c chopped walnuts
1 tsp. salt
3 1/2 c sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Cream together the butter, sugar, and brown sugar. Mix well.

Add egg and mix. Stir in remaining ingredients up to salt and mix. Add salt, flour and soda. Add Vanilla. Form into balls and place on cookie sheet(lightly sprayed with Cooking spray) Flatten with fork. Bake at 325 degrees for 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven and cool slightly and remove from cookie sheet. cool completely on wire rack.
