Name: Wonderful Meatloaf
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients: 2 eggs; 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese; 1 lb ground pork; 1 teaspoon salt (actually calls for tbsp, but I find its tooooo salty with that much); 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder; 1 onion, chopped; 2/3 cup milk; 1 1/2 lbs ground beef; 3 slices fresh bread; 1/4 teaspoon pepper; 1/2 cup shredded carrot; TOPPING; 1/3 cup ketchup; 1/2 cup brown sugar; 2 tablespoons mustard
