1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen egg noodles
1/2 stick butter
6 c. chicken broth or bouillon
5 c. cubed ham
1/8 tsp. minced garlic
4 c. milk
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped carrots
2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Cook noodles for 10 to 12 minutes.

Do not salt water.

Drain. Saute onions, celery and carrots in butter until soft.

In large kettle, bring chicken broth to boil.

Add frozen broccoli, ham, parsley, garlic and veggies.
