Wiggly Strawberry Worms

   Spray 8- or 9-inch square pan with cooking spray.

   Add water to jelly powder in medium microwaveable bowl.

   Microwave on HIGH 1-1/2 min.

   ; stir 2 min.

   until jelly powder is completely dissolved.

   Add marshmallows; stir until evenly coated.

   Microwave 1 min.

   or until marshmallows are puffed; stir until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended.

   Pour into prepared pan.

    Refrigerate 45 min.

    or until firm.

    (Jelly will separate as it stands.)

    Run knife around edges of pan to loosen jelly; cut into 16 (1/2-inch-wide) strips to resemble worms.

    Cut licorice into 32 small pieces for the worms' eyes; press into jelly strips.

    Sprinkle cookie crumbs onto platter; top with jelly worms.
