Widow's Kisses

   Over steam, beat egg whites and sugar to firm peaks.

   Add nuts and citron.

   Put baking wafers on cookie sheet, putting a small heap (about a teaspoon?)

   of the mixture on top of each wafer.

   Let dry in oven.
