Whole Orange And Coconut Cake

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

   Wash the orange thoroughly, cut in quarters, and remove seeds.

   Place in the blender, or use a hand blender, to grind the orange together with eggs, oil, milk and sugar.

   Mix for a few minutes.

   In a bowl, sift the flour with the yeast, add orange mixture and grated coconut.

   Stir to well mixed.

   Place the cream in a buttered or silicone mold, and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.

   Do the toothpick test which, when withdrawn, should be dry.

   Remove, let cool, and baste with a bit of orange juice.
