White Potato Pie

   Add sugar to potatoes and butter.

   Beat egg yolks a little, add milk and lemon.

   Mix well.

   Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into potatoes.

   Pour into pie crust and bake at 450u00b0 for 15 minutes. Then bake at 350u00b0 until center is set.

   (Knife blade comes out clean.)
