1/2 cup pitted dates
1 egg
1-2 tablespoons honey
3/4 cup speit flour
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup flax seed
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon cardamon
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/3 cup dried cherries
1/4 cup while chocolate chunks
