White Fish In Cream Sauce

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

   Place fish fillets in a 13x9 pan.

   Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

   Layer with slices of onion.

   In a sauce pan, stir together sour cream, cheese, and lemon juice.

   Once everything is melted and combined, pour over the fish.

   Cook for about 45 minutes, depending on the thickness of your white fish fillets.

   When fish flakes easily, it is done.

   Any white fish will work.

    Ive made this with halibut, tilapia, and blue hake.
