1/4 cup quick oats
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Filling:
1 cup pumpkin puree
3/4 cup half and half
2 Tbsp. molasses

1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
Topping:
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
white chocolate, for melting
candied ginger, finely chopped

For the crust, combine the oats, flour and brown sugar. Cut in butter to form coarse crumbs. Press into a buttered 8 inch square glass baking dish. Bake at 375 F for 10 minutes til golden.

Meanwhile, beat together all filling ingredients til well mixed. Pour into baked crust. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until filling is set.

Combine topping ingredients til crumbly. Sprinkle over top. Bake 10 minutesd longer til golden brown.

Cool completely. Melt white chocolate and drizzle over top. Sprinkle with candied ginger and cut into squares.
