Ingredients: 24 - chocolate sandwich cookies ( oreo's ); 4 tbsp salted butter - melted; 1 1/2 cup granulated sugar; 1/4 cup cornstarch; 1/4 tsp salt; 3 cup whole milk; 4 large egg yolks; 2 - vanilla beans - scraped out ( I used vanilla ext.); 8 oz white chocolate chopped fine ( I used wafers); 2 tbsp salted butter; 1 grated chocolate for decoration

24 - chocolate sandwich cookies ( oreo's )
4 tbsp salted butter - melted
1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
3 cup whole milk
4 large egg yolks
2 - vanilla beans - scraped out ( I used vanilla ext.)
8 oz white chocolate chopped fine ( I used wafers)
2 tbsp salted butter
1 grated chocolate for decoration

For crumb base : throw the cookies & melted butter into a food processor & chop fine.

Spoon some into bottom of serving glasses.

Set aside.

For the pudding: combine the sugar , cornstarch, salt in a saucepan.

Stir to whisk.

Pour the milk & egg yolks & whisk together.

Add vanilla bean.

Stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil & becomes thick.

The second it starts to bubble.

Remove from heat.

Add white chocolate & butter.

Stir until everthing is combined.

Pour the pudding into the glasses on top of crumbs.

Serve warm or chilled .
