White Chocolate Pop-Rock Bark

   Melt the candy melts in the microwave for 30 seconds, then in 15-second intervals following, stirring after each interval-you can start with 1 minute if you are using dark chocolate candy melts. However, the white burns VERY easily.

   Fold in Pop Rocks. Pour onto a waxed paper-covered cookie sheet and let spread, banging the cookie sheet against the table to remove bubbles and spread out the mixture. Let sit for 20-25 minutes at room temperature until set. Break up into pieces.
