1/2 teaspoons Salt
1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
1/2 cups Softened Butter
1/3 cups White Sugar
1/3 cups Brown Sugar
1 whole Egg, At Room Temperature
1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
1/2 cups Macadamia Nuts, Chopped
1/3 cups White Chocolate Chips

Preheat oven to 350u00b0F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. (I baked mine in two batches.)

In a small bowl, sift flour, salt, and baking soda.

In a medium bowl, mix butter and sugars until incorporated. Add egg and vanilla extract and mix. Add flour mixture and, using a wooden spoon, mix until dough starts to form. Do not over-mix. Add macadamia nuts and white chocolate chips.

Spoon a heaping teaspoon of cookie dough onto parchment paper. Bake in preheated oven for 10-13 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool on tray for about 5 minutes. Transfer to a rack to cool.
