White Chocolate Green Tea Brownie

   Leave the butter and egg out at room temperature.

   Mince the chocolate.

   Combine the flour and matcha and set aside.

   Cover the pan with a baking sheet.

   Use a hand mixer to whip the softened butter into cream.

   Add the sugar and skim milk and mix well.

   In a separate bowl, melt the chocolate in a double boiler.

   Add milk and mix.

   Add Step 3 to 2.

    Add the beaten egg in 3 portions, mixing with a hand mixer each time.

    Once it becomes white and fluffy, sift in the dry ingredients from Step 1.

    Use a rubber spatula to mix until no longer powdery.

    Preheat your oven to 170C.

    Pour into the pan, rap the bottom of the pan on a surface to release air bubbles.

    Bake in the preheated oven at 170C for 30 minutes.

    Once it's baked, remove from the pan, peel off the paper, and cool on a rack.

    Once it has cooled, sprinkle whatever powdered ingredients you prefer.
