White Chocolate Fudge

   In a heavy saucepan, bring sugar, milk and butter to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly.

   Cook until mixture reaches 234u00b0 (soft ball stage) on a candy thermometer.

   Remove from heat; stir in Marshmallow creme, chocolate chips and nuts until they are melted.

   Spread in a greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.

   Cool before cutting.
