White Chocolate Cake With A Soft Creamy Center

   Butter and flour the eight small molds.

   Chill the molds in the freezer.

   Melt the chocolate over a double boiler with the butter and the sugar, beating well with a whisk to whip the mixture.

   Remove the saucepan from the stove and add the eggs, one at a time, then add the sifted flour.

   Pour the batter into the eight molds, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze for at least two hours.

   Heat the oven to 220C and bake the desserts as soon as they are removed from the freezer for approximately 10 to 15 minutes.

   Remove the desserts from the molds and let cool before serving.
