2 tsp. cumin powder
1 1/2 c. cooked turkey, chopped or 1/2 lb. ground turkey, browned
1 c. cooked or canned white beans
1 c. turkey or chicken broth
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1/2 c. sour cream

Saute onions, garlic and chili pepper in a heavy saucepan. Add chili powder, cumin, broth and turkey; simmer 1 hour.

Add cooked or canned beans and simmer 15 minutes.

Add shredded cheese until melted and blended.

Add sour cream just before serving. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
