2 tablespoons fresh thyme

1 (15-ounce) can white beans, rinsed and drained (1 1/2 cups)
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Preheat a large pan over medium-high heat and add the oil. Saute the onion in the oil for 7 to 10 minutes, until lightly caramelized. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 15 seconds. Add the bread crumbs and toss to coat the onions.
