12 c. white northern beans
3 Tbsp. oil
3 c. diced green onion
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 small can diced green chilies
2 Tbsp. oregano
1/2 Tbsp. cumin
2 Tbsp. chili powder
10 c. chicken broth
4 c. canned diced tomatoes
1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro
3 Tbsp. lime juice
6 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

Saute onion in oil; stir in chilies, garlic, oregano, cumin and chili powder. Saute for another 5 minutes. Add the white beans, broth, tomatoes, cilantro and lime juice. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and add chicken. Simmer for 30 minutes.
