Whit'S Brussels Sprouts – a delicious recipe with sack of Brussels sprouts, Kosher Salt, bacon, shallots, garlic, pepper. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

1.)Wash, halve and boile brusssels sprouts until tender

2.) Cook bacon until slightly crunchy, pat dry and chop into small slivers

3.) In large skillet with bacon grease and a little olive oil saute chopped garlic and shallots (cut shallots into long slivers) and saute this with a pinch of kohser salt and pepper. (If you making a big amount you may have to do this step twice as the brussels sprouts take up a lot of room, if so half the items abouve and do this step twice)

4.) Once shallot and garlic start to carmelize fold in the brussels sprouts and mix thourouly, adding in more salt and pepper.

5.) Once the mixture starts to carmalize together fold in the parsley and bacon slivers and mix up again.

6.) Plate in a large serving bowl and enjoy!
