Sour Cream Chicken

   Wash and pat dry the chicken breasts.

   Mix sour cream and egg until well blended.

   Stir in 1 1/2 cups grated Cheddar cheese. Dip each chicken breast into mixture until well coated, then roll in bread crumbs.

   Once all the chicken is in the baking dish, you can sprinkle cheese on top of chicken.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
