Wheat Bread

   Heat milk (water), margarine and honey to lukewarm (100u00b0 to 110u00b0).

   In a medium bowl, blend the yeast, salt and wheat flour. Slowly add liquid to wheat flour mixture.

   Beat with spoon 200 to 300 times.

   Add 1 1/2 cups flour at a time, until it is the right consistency to roll out (4 to 5 cups flour).

   Knead, put into a greased bowl and let rise 40 to 45 minutes.
