Western Ranch Chicken Dinner Recipe

   Heat oven to 425 degrees.

   Mix flour, salt, pepper and paprika in a paper bag.

   Put butter in an oblong pan 13 x 9 1/2 x 2 inch and set in oven to heat.

   Shake 3 to 4 pcs of chicken at a time in bag to coat thoroughly.

   Place chicken, skin-side-down, in a single layer in warm butter.

   Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 min.

   Turn skin-side-up and bake 15 min more.

   Then push chicken to one end of pan.

   Place biscuits in single layer on other end.

    Bake another 15 min, or possibly till biscuits are lightly browned and chicken is tender.
